Ratio: 1:4

Coffee(gm):  20 g  (2.5 TBS) 

Grind: Medium Fine  (Table Salt)

Water(gm/ml): 80

Water Temp:  200 F 

* Bloom:  20 g water for 45 sec

* First pour: 30 g water

* Second pour:  30 g water

Steps

1. Lay the mesh disk facing down (both side the same)  in the phin and place  the Phin on the Base Plate.

4. Pour 10-15 grams of condensed milk into a glass cup.

2. Pour 20 grams of ground coffee into the Phin and place the Phin on the Base Plate.

5. Place the Base Plate and the Phin on top of the glass.

3. Level the coffee in the Phin. Tamp it with the press by adding some force.

6. First Pour: pour 20 g water in slow circular motion for 45 sec. Second Pour: Add 30 g water in slow circular motion for 1-2 min. *Coffee should drip very slow, ideally 1 drip at a time.

7. Third Pour: Add 30 grams water in slow circular motion. Put the Phin Lid on top of the Phin. Wait for the coffee to finish dripping for 1-2 min.

8. Stir

9. In a separate cup, fill the cup full cup (8 oz) of ice. Add ice into the brew.
