The magic of the Cà Phê Sữa Đá aka Vietnamese iced coffee in our own words is a  "marriage between the condensed milk and coffee — creating a harmonious yin and yang."  The robust, slightly bitter coffee roasted dark using robusta beans with the rich, sweet condensed milk, creating a symphony of flavors that are both bold and smooth. Traditionally served over ice, it is an iconic and refreshing beverage that reflects the beauty of simplicity and balance in Vietnamese coffee culture.

Filter - Black Coffee

This method is perfect for those who appreciate a  straight, unadulterated black coffee, rich in character and complexity.  Recommended for lighter roast Robusta, is ideal for those who enjoy drinking their coffee straight black. The River Phin, a finely crafted brew tool, brings out the unique characteristics of filter-style coffee with a slow, controlled drip that enhances clarity while retaining the boldness of Robusta beans.

The design allows for a clean extraction, emphasizing the subtle flavors and natural strength of the coffee. Its slower brew time results in a smooth, yet full-bodied cup, where the lighter roast Robusta’s bright acidity and earthy undertones can shine through.
