Out of the numerous Swiss water decaf processed beans that I ever brewed, this one is definitely the most nuanced and flavorful one so far. Other Swiss water decaf beans usually taste flat or lack aroma, but the mai banana is the opposite of that. It remains full bodied and aromatic!
This bean is true to its name, having the aroma of dried bananas from grinding the beans to the final sip. I love having this as both an ice latte and hot latte right after lunch or as an afternoon pick me up.
